We fixed my CI and Transmit and Receive errors which I forgot to mention i also had T and R issues or i might of got more help!
We were thinking it might be my LAN Settings or Card since i told him finally i was also getting Transmit and Receive errors so he checked the LAN and Router and fixed a few things and he also had to fix something i think where my computer was detecting like 3 TCP/PCI i think which was my Video Card!
My computer had a built in one so it makes it difficult when it screws up also and causes 2 to show as being used!
But i think the main focus was changing some of the bad settings set in my router!
Anyways i havent seen this solution to CI's posted on the forums here since i been registered but i may of seen Video Cards might cause cis!
Anyways im glad i got it fixed and Thanx all who tryed to help me! Im creating a System Restore Point or already have!
