That's they way all the respectable tournaments have been run since NovaLogic released their first Delta Force game in 1998. The first big touramant sites like DFWorld & NovaGuild started many of this communities traditions. And when I say "this" I mean the entire DF community. It's no longer up for debate. Everything has been deleted.
