personally ath...i'd make it free but i'd make changes to it first. I would A. make a templating system. B. Make a DB class or atleast Db functions such as DB_CONNECT(); so that way it could suppport multiple DB systems (MySQL default, but of course could be changed or added [ProstgreSQL, LiteSQL, MSSQL] ... just my 2 cence
