I know i dont know much about Fast Roping either but there is an item in the MED that will have a Black Hawk for Fast Roping as an choice in Vehicles, or Decorations one it should be in BHD MED Editor!!!!!!
I think it will then give you an option to make soldiers fastrope off it!!!!!!!
