it crashed because of the tail rotor failing.. the tail rotor keeps the helicopter balanced (so that it doesnt shake all over the place and crash..) if uve watched a film like BHD u will c the effect it has whenever its lost..
well apparently thats what happened, says in the article that moments bfore the pilot reported a fault in tail rotor bfore the crash, but when i saw it i thought NO WAY they were alive..
oh i kno this sounds wierd.. but if the heli didnt roll off building it would hav been a gr8 crash landing
