1.) Start>run> chkdsk /f ......a window will come up wait a sec then press Y hit enter reboot.
then try to play it again using the Cd in the tray.
if it don't work do the next step.
2.) your diviers for your cdrom you need to go into SYstem contour panel look the drive up (C: ) then go update the driver for it let it search for it, be online too.
it happen to me some times too, i'll restart the system think it a bad bootup and not all the drivies get loaded up. happen a lot trying to play a Cd or a DVD in the tray tell me to load a cd in the tray it already in there. i restart seem to temp fix.
