The one about us knowing exactly what the X: Drive is bugs me to no end...client calls and says "I can't find my X drive anywhere, what happened to it?" Have you downloaded, installed, or uninstalled any programs lately? No, nothing. I've barely even checked my email. Alright, bring it over. They've installed, uninstalled, and downloaded something- of course! And my favorite answer to "What about this that you installed yesterday?" O yeah, I forgot.
O, and the question that never gets answered: when did the problem start? Answer: I dunno...maybe two weeks ago.
