I have not heard good things about argus. At this time, I have no knowledge of novahq planning on requiring it for our events. I understand your concern for cheating but it will always be a factor in online gaming. It's up to the creators of cheat blocker and others like argus creators to stay on top of things. They may stop some, but not all.
It's up to the players to organize well maintained squads to have the ultimate gaming experience. This way, you limit the risk of playing with cheaters.
