Thing is, recently I did an upgrade on my system, and needed a new activation key....went thru all the Microslob automatic phone system, and then got put on to a real person....he said, in a severe indian voice, and I quote "Good afternoon, welcome to Microsoft Technical support, my name is Raj, how may I help you?"...I nearly died on the spot. Twice I had to ask him to repeat letters, as it was hard to understand him....and I don't even know if he was in India!!
