their support is a joke .when i had a problem they e mailed me back and told me to 1] update directx, 2]update drivers, and 3] update game. i e-mailed them back telling them i had tryed 1, 2, and 3 with out any solution. so they sent me another e-mail saying update diretx,drivers, and the game,???? i think it'sd a form letter and they just change the words aroundi
