As I've said before...nothing Nova does surprise me anymore however, I think they do take their public for granted and don't have a very good reputation as a result.
It's up to us we don't have to buy their games aqnd there are a lot of other games out there but the sense of community on Delta Force games is the best I've come across Nova not with standing.
