Yeah Steve he used to have a DSL connection and now he has a cable connection . That is all that has changed. I assume he has added a cable router and his ISP's software. Other than that I don't think anything else has changed. He sent me this message about his set-up:

Hey I'm using XP Pro with service pack 2 and I shut all
firewalls down and it still wont work! My cable modom is
ans Surfboard SB4100
and the hub router is Network Everywhere.

I have no clue about routers. I have an Alcatel ADSL modom and I have never had any trouble joining any game..Unless I forgot to pay my phone bill! I hope the new information will shed some more light on this. Thank you again Steve for taking the time to help us out.
