I also noticed that the 3rd medic pack doesnt work...
So the update causes some problems-
1. Sometimes when your prone you cant get back up
2. AT4's dont kill people (unless you double load it)
3. 3rd Medic Pack doesnt work
4. And theres only 1000 people who have the update
