JOTR had the same bug to it with the Key-code at novaworld.com all have to enter it low case set and no "-" in it. so i really can't say why their key-code be bad maybe they set it up badly. can't see why the key code be hacked only means a employee rip of the key-code serials and started to give it out.

EULA being illegal don't think so? they would have many lawyers going at it.

i have got many of my games at Wallmart, if the CD is bad, i can return it and tell them of it, i can get my money back all the time. if the store is low class then don't buy any games from them. buying online do burn you have harder time to return items and waiting time is really long. you get another Cd or a refund if you lucky.

go to a big store and buy your game from. it the law in most case you have 72hrs to return a item. tell them the Key-code to this game is no good at all. they should return your money or if not report it. call for the store manger if he/she will not refund it tell them you going to report it to the law enforcement agency it the law. they may find out if it a illegal copy or not if it is a illegal copy the will close the store down and fine them like crazy.
