Border is a lot better. The text has gotten better but its still dark. I would take the eyedropper tool and get a color sample of the inner part of his eye and use it for the text color. Maybe go for that like greyish white color in his eye or even the light blue on the side of the face. Other than that very nice sig man. See what the others have to say then change it....
