Jesus... i tried that already. I would have all the layers and frames, then i send it back to photoshop... I make a new layer above all the others... when i send it back to imageready, to save it as a .GIF, the border only shows up on the 1st frame or the last one... maybe somethimes 100% opacity or 40% - it really screws up the animation - Don't know why!!
