thats easy, ill just do a quick off the head tut, ill do it in 2 sections so you dont get confused.
1st you do everything on the 'Photoshop tut' then you do the 'Image ready tut' to animate your final product.
Photoshop tut:
make a new layer, then grab your 'Brush tool' set it to a small size, & then color the eye section red & call this layer 'eye' .... then duplicate the layer & call it 'eye_glow'.. then add a 'outter glow' to it, & make the outter glow color red. then click on that little 'eye' in the pallettes section so you cant see the layers & you can only see the original image, then open up "Image Ready"
Image Ready tut:
Ok, now duplicate the image in the animation pallette.. then click on the 'eye' layer so it is visible, & lower the opacity just a tiny bit. & then tween the image to '10' ...... then click on the 'eye_glow' layer so it is visible lower the opacity on that just a little bit & then tween it to "10" & then save it.
i hope that gives ya a little idea, i just did it off the top of my head lol, so if it doesnt make sence blame .ringer.
