Thats weird because i havent got 1 sysdump from Joint Ops and i only have 128 of RAM and gotta get 512 or more later.That means i doubt its from that because of me not getting any all i get is lag really.He could try empting his cache i nhis Joint Ops Folder or Do this Unistall the Game then run Windows Disk Cleanup Utility and then make sure the joint Ops folder is deleted in his program files/Novalogic Section then reinstall game and everything then try to play should work fine then.
