They pretty much all do. I'm doing this over the internet, so they can't possibly track me (unless they got the call records from the network I'm using, but only the police could do that, and I'm not really breaking any laws here). As for the laughing thing, I really don't know. I just somehow manage to bottle it all up til I finish the call.
