very nice bro try changing the colors or the guys Ctrl+b or Ctrl+U you could also try making a new layer then push Ctrl+A and hit Edit at the top then click Stroke and put a 1 px. Black Stroke on it (thats what there talking about a border is) and i think your good to go bro!
