My problem was that I had downloaded both BHD and BHDTS updates into the same folder, They both have the same name and they are both the same version. Only 1 is 28.5 Megs and the other is 33.5 Megs....

I'm having same problem, I have uninstalled both games, deleted nova folder, and done a disk clean up, cleaned registry, rebooted, reinstalled BHD, update, BHDTS, update. I've done this 5 times now...
