Unable to save a game.
 

Sorry if this has been asked before but I did a search and nothing turned up.

Basically my problem is I am unable to save a single player game. Everytime I hit 'F5' to save it locks up my computer and I have to reboot.

Specs...

AMD XP2200 (no o/c)
Asus A7N8X Deluxe mobo
ATI 9600 Pro 128MB (cat 3.4)
1GB PC2700 RAM
WinXP Pro w/ SP1
DirectX 9.0a
Onboard Sound

I used to play the game with a GeForce3 Ti200 but it ran really slow even at lower resolutions so I shelved it until I upgraded my vid card. Never had this problem with the GF3 but on the flip side the game runs smooth as silk on the 9600. I just can't save it. I am running off a new install of both WinXP and DF:BHD so I don't think it's a case of driver conflict. Also, I know the Cat 3.6 are the most current ATI drivers but they degraded my overall performance in just about everything so I went back to what works.

i have been told you can run both cards to gether a tech told me i can have more then one V-Card to use sorry i don't have more info on this

Iv got an idear dont sve it!!
