that is a site to uploaded sig that you want???

depends what you need, if you want a straight upload script just for you /anyone that you give access to use something like this (look down for file uploader)

but if you want a user sign up system all i can think of is somrthing like
http://gallery.menalto.com/index.php

that providesa public gallery to show of sigs

Or you could modifie the first script with a login system :)
