Banner Needed plz

I was hoping i could get someone to make me a new banner for my site. The one i have is too small, And i wanted a whole new look. One that would make our site look sweet! Plz. Size i would like it to fill from right to left where the existing banner sits. www.e2.dfhq.net If anyone would like to help me out..that would be great. thanx..SPAR
