VPN LAN: brings back your online games.
Need For Speed Carbon and many other games are not supported anymore. Now you can resurrect them with VPN Clients for online games.
There are 2 main clients mentioned in the Steam forum so I tried one of them out, fantastic, as long as someone is hosting or you host yourself it works a treat. Have not tried the other one yet but will post as soon as I can. Any game that has a LAN setting will work. Happy Days...Happy days. Click Here: Tunngle :100% Safe Freeware, no nags. http://i887.photobucket.com/albums/a...gleScreen1.jpg |
Delta Force is on the VPN host lists so you can hook up online again with your old favourite.
|
You can play with up to 255 players on one LAN, no servers just direct encrypted Peer to peer.
There is a Black Hawk Down (TS) map called Camp de batalla we should visit with 100 players or so to wipe the grins off their faces after they ganged up on me! I don't have my DF1 any more so have to sit on the fence for a while, some one should get this and check out how it runs, I noticed no lag from other players in this DFBHD LAN and it ran smooth as! |

Tunngle is widely used and well structured
Hamachi is a bit old Wippien is recomended by JO AW2 guys for when nova is down Game Ranger Looks least likely but has heaps of games supported |
I have mentioned tunngle in one of my posts. There is one more software, ie: garena. Supported games are low, but whatever it supports, the players are a lot. Whenever, anyone of you is planning to play any of the old novagames, please inform here. I might also come. Thanks for the other clients.
|
Working on getting a server but don't know how to host on it (Tunngle) yet, I have a free account only.

Parole would be tied to a pole outside the fish "n" chip shop on Friday nights and sniffing out all the tomato plants in your neighbourhood.
|
If all else fails we really will have to do something about those fingers.
