Try to disable any anti-virus and see if that works.

After reading that thread, it could be because of your overclocked CPU. I've had some very mysterious issues after overclocking that were fixed by reducing the clock speed of the cpu.

Thats onboard audio, when you overclocked the ram could be running at a higher speed than the audio wants and its causing that issue. did you try an ad in card?

i started shutting of something through my task manager and it started working right again so i think i got it running smoothly right now

and really don't know how i over-clocked it when that was the next setting up for CPU when i made it lol
