I get most of them through people I know or have met. A lot of them come from friends who have friends who need work done.

Yeah. The only problem with it is that I get people with ridiculous requests :( People who want me to create the world all over for them. It's a little too much sometimes because I hate turning people down. Oh, and I also scrap too much work :D I've gotta break that habit.
