That may not be a good think depending on what they look like.

If you buy a new Mobo then you are most likely going to need new ram.

XFX lifetime warranties only for workmen ship!
they have a catch to it. one pay to ship it to them and pay upfront for any repair, if they can find out it was poor workmenship they will refund the money, other wise they will charge for repair work.

i been there with them

they will test it see if was over driven or a power short to it then they will charge money!

VooDoo- 03-18-2009 10:09 AM

it's a 550 watt psu .. unless they changed the plugs i think im good on that ..

i duno .. i don't know whats worth it .. im thinkin about throwing a new harddrive in this one and just giving it to my parents and build me a new pc

even though i got a new laptop now that runs circles around most pc's .. i still want a pc haha

atholon 03-18-2009 10:14 AM

I know William I have an XFX 7900GS.

The cool thing about XFX is that they ship band new replacement parts. My friend's card and mine both died, we got brand new replacements and they work fine.

I bet 550 would work. I have 600W and it seems to do fine. You should see how big the 7900GS is. WOW!

.Simon. 03-18-2009 10:48 AM

As big as the 9800gtx? because that's pretty damn big too ;P

VooDoo- 03-18-2009 11:02 AM
