how do i know if i got a PCI-E slot without taking apart my computer? and the size of it?

Check your motherboard manual if you have one.

take it apart?? u mean take the side panel off?
if u know the model, then check the manufacturer website, if not open the case and look :)

well i found my exact computer on a site and i was just wondering if anyone can see what kind of video card slot that it says because i can't find it

If you have a 9800GTX then you have PCI Express since that is not made in AGP...if it is the same computer.

its not a AGP slot at all

1-PCIe 16x
2-PCIe 1x

4-PCI stander slots

MOB: Intel D945Gnt
