What a great script! I have put it on my website for people to upload small images and audio. (some people have problems uploading audio due to the size).

What would be a good idea(s):

Log's, put some code in that logs the IP time and date and when what file they uploaded E.g 12/12/08 | 23:13 | 5464254.gif

A way of deleting an file. where you type in the name of the file 5353.gif and press delete and it removes it. Only because looking for the image u are trying to delete takes some time lol. (Make it in an admin panel and where you can change the size, ext's etc).

Slip a bit of Ajax in it so we know how much has uploaded.


Just a few suggestions, deff a great script tho!

Ajax file uploads are a lot more complicated than you think.

I did one fore my site but from what I could find there is no way to do a status bar with pure PHP. It either required modifying the PHP install or using PERL or similar.
