CD Keys
so i entered a CD key and it said it was invalid, so i entered it again another 6 times... but it was still invalid .... i typed it EXACTLY the same as it said on the box. so why dose that happen?

It depends how you're typing it.
Try using all uppercase, or all lowercase. Don't use dashes "-" too. So let's say the key said: ABCD-1244-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP Type it like this: abcd1244efghijklmnop This is not a real key too - just an example. Also be careful, as some letters will look the same as others. Look CAREFULLY at the sticker that tells you the key. For example, a number "5" may look like an "S", and "1" could be mistaken as a "l" letter. And please, explain as much as possible too when asking questions like this. At least tell how you actually typed the key out. If you've tried everything and it's all failed, contact NovaLogic at: support(at)novalogic(dot)com |
yea i did all that i checked and double check
|
my only works like
ndflnfaejofwiu94jw8h984wefh2w and same with Novaworld account when you add-in the keycode to novaworld don't know this maybe the thing ether> you set to administration for your log-in on the computer? keep inmind some time the numbers or letters 8 could be B 5 could be S 6 could be G z could be 2 when they print the keycode into the CD case, extra small so look extra hard at them! take a closer look at the letters, i find that 8 is a B and there are other as will so look closer at them open notepad up and type in the keycode into it then double check see if they are the same. some times the Cds are made newer formate and keycode may not matchup with older Cd of the same game. as time change so do the formate they use for the game Cds each change as time go by, so a older keycode that work on a older formated Cd may not work on a new game Cd |
well i m getin help from nova world righ now but thnax for helping
