avast anti-virus

i found other will not cover you as much as avast! will

home 4.8 version is a full version, free for home user's only

i try AVG it is limtied ways it cover one, unlike avast do it way over you many ways it stop virus getting into your system.

to get avast only you need to do is signup to get a keycode in the e-mail bam you good for 16mo after then renew the keycode for the next 16mo's when time come up go to their site and click-on renew thats it.

I'm using AVG and it's been pretty good.

a squad mate of mine ran avg - he installed avast, found 3 trojans lurking in his system....

he uses avast now.

in my:
avast stop 7 trojan horse get into my system, four high rated internet worms getting into it as will.

been using it for 4yrs now, not once one get by it.

some url sites (3-squad base sites loaded with virus! who got hacked as will) had virus in them and messager service (MSN & Yahoo) stop virus as will from these IM Messager service.

a plus it has a bootup scan all so, that do a deepscan of all local HD, DVD, Floppy, cards reader, USB sticks ports as will.

I know- thats why I said what I did... the guy used avg, now he uses avast.

On the other hand, I have also been using it for 3-4 years and about a month or so ago I had 4 computers with avast (all upto date) get infected.

can i have the links to both?

wonder how slow it would make my computer to run them both at the same time LOL!

:D :D :D

no only one can be active or you get all type of errors fails report on virus be like a over kill having two running at the same time.

Avast! home version 4.8 link: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

don't know AVG is off hand came with Fix-it 8 retail bundle package deal Cd

what you could do though is have both installed, just one running.

Then every so often you shut one down and run the second one - lol one of my squad mates does that all the time.

AVG seems to do good for me :)

I'd have to say AVG and avast! antivirus.

To be honest I'd probably choose avast! antivirus.

or i can run one all the time and figure out which is better by switching them both on and off, then just run both of the scanners so i know i "should" have gotten everything bad out of my computer
