I don't think that was real. It does look very convincing. i had to watch it a couple of times to come to my conclusion. But watch when the hand gets cut off. the sword flies out of his hand, the other guy comes up for an uppercut, the cut goes through, hand flies off, blood comes out and camera goes out of whack. Watch the blood and hand, the split second that it comes off, the hand and blood looks digital. Looks like it was digitally put in there and the blood does not look right. I have never seen a guys hand cut clean off so I am no expert. But the many internet videos I have seen of things being cut off, I would not count on that being real. That would be easy to edit.
