yeah a lot of ppl play it now. I have multiple times tried to dl it but it takes too long so I gave up lol.

no you dont have to dl hl2

Just get steam and install insurgency. Thats all I did.

You just need to have hl2 on your team account.

it uses steam and the HL2 engine

so yeah u need steam to launch it and u need any 1 of the games that uses the HL2 engine on ur account

hl2 is like $20 now, it has reduced in price. Plus hl2 has an awesome single player

Hmmm ... How BIG are the maps? As big as BF2? I hate CQB in general but I can take on a guy with a Saw with my side arm or a knife anytime :cool:

some of the ones I played, there all more town like, and a good size. They are a l ittle bigger than I like but they arnt bad.
