Help plz!!!
Just wondering if anyone here can help me...
I was googling to find an old web-developer friend when I was redirected to a XXX site that somehow over powered me from stopping it...pop ups and all. Well first off I have Norton and ofcourse this virus of some sort prevents it from doing its job. But I was wondering if anyone here knows of a solution besides spending money to take it in to clean out..something like a free online scan or free program anyone can recommend, I have tried Trend Micro, but for some reason it does not work. So if anyone here can please help me before this problem exceeds and gets worse. Thank you for your time. |
Someone will help you shortly I don't have the answer or I would help you myself.

Reformat???
How and what are some of the consequences of doing this procedure. Dangerous to files? Easy way out? Clean everything out?(bad and/or good) Please share as I am not sure what or how to reformat. Thanks. |
i had this problem and alls i did was look through my C drive until I found out what the problem was and removed it through the control panel...
look for something that you know that isn't yours and you know it wasn't there before... |
Like the Add/Remove Programs...
I did do that but I believe this thing is way deeper than I thought it was. |
yea the Add/Remove Programs...
there was like 3 or 4 folders in mine... try to also clear everything out of what ever explorer (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.) through the internet options delete everything and clear everything and try that... :D :D :D |
some porn sites and hacker sites have a Trojan horse to them get into your system and open a back Door for ads pop-ups to getting load into your system.

Thats exactly what's popping up in the lower right-hand corner of the desktop..
Something about Malware Threats and Trojan back door...etc. Hmm I think I'll just spend the couple hundred bucks and have it cleaned out sometime this week. Anyone have to problems with Retail stores...Like Geek Squad. |
you could get avast anti-virus and do a bootscan it would remove all
Malware Threats and Trojan back door totally. home version is free fully working and you fill out a forum they send a key-code in the e-mail you enable it totally and there is the webroot.com they have a anti-spyware program call spysweeper it really good, but there a draw back to it, over kill it use a lot of resources to run. beside doing other things as will |
just backup everything and formate your harddrive ..
yes .. you lose everything .. but that's why you back everything up.. load your computer from your windows CD |
