Modify the layout
 

Is it possible, to modify the layout?

I just need for my friends a simple possibility to send me mails with attachments.
I don't care, if i get viruses or sthg. else, because the form is visible just for my friends.
Just a button [find file] and a button [submit], everything else is too much ^^

Does anybody here have some expieriences with?

Why don't you just use Scott's phUploader script for this?

It allows uploads, which store the files in a directory on your server, and sends you an email letting you know they're there I believe.

Otherwise, you'll have to know PHP in order to modify this form to do just that.
