Can any of you make a "flash" banner?

Seperate words

XinG on left

Designs on right

Xing slanted inwards (So X looks bigger than rest)
Designs slanted inwards (So S looks bigger than rest)

BOth words having like a light shining accross them (From the X to the G - D to the S)

A Metalic blue background
