game freeze!
 

okay i bought new computer with vista on ti and i can no longer get past teh joing "game" s creen it freezes up! i uninstalled reinstalled, downlaoded patches, favorites, cb the whole nine yards, and i get nothing? could it be vista?

You do know DF2 is back in 1998 and Vista is in 2007... so that's 9 years buddy. You wouldn't expect it to run wouldn't ya? :D

Heaps of people seem to have this problem to be honest... but I'd definitely check the firewall to see if you've allowed DF2 to access the Net.

You MAY need to go into the DF2 folder...right click on the df2.exe and go to compatibility and set it to run as 98 or xp...
