new tattoo
 
I posted earlier what I was getting and I finally decided to take out the money to get it.(my new car fund :P) Took about an hour to do and was cheaper than the artist originally told me. But I like it. I have been looking at that tribal for a couple of months. It was my first but sure wont be my last. I already have it planned out to get another one on my forearm. There addictive lol.

oo very nice m8... im in the process of bulking up a bit more before getting mine done... gonna get a small tribal symbol, or image wrapped in tribal on my upper arm, followed later on with a tribal covered arm, possibly shoulder and part of my chest

nice tat, not hard to bluk up and get ripped, stick to a diet dont cheat, and lift weights tell it herts every other day

I work out every mon, wed, fri, saturday and sunday. monday, chest, wed, arms and back, fri legs and shoulders. I usually go on the weekends to play ball or some cardiovascular. Ive been doing this routeen since like April or May :/

just keep at your routine m8... gotta be honest, when i was 16 i was going gym for 4 months, every friday at noon without fail. then i'd work out EVERYTHING for a 2 hour straight session, including stretches, situps with a 20k weight, then 10 mins on the punchbag.

put on 2 stone and had great definition... but back then i didnt drink or eat anything unhealthy really. the trick to bulking up is eating plenty of protein food... like chicken and eggs

well I havent had fast food in about 2 months, the closest to fast food I have gotten is Jersey Mikes or Subway. I don't drink pop often. Maybe one a week. I have been eating tons of deer lately just because the season is in lol.

well ive been goin for about a month and a half again now but i drink alcohol regularly with m8, and eat takeaways lol, all part of my nights out, so i think its gonna take a long time for me to reach my desired build but i'll get there eventually..

the trick is sticking with it
