no...i think DD cut it down to get insurance...only the tree fell another way. So, he ran into the house, threw his gloves in the fire place and the chainsaw in a wooden box in which he buried, to cover the evidence. Then ran to his window to play it off and act like hes just going to see what happened...only, someone saw him. He will be arrested shortly. :P

Dang strong winds brought down the tree. So the maintenance people decided to "fix" the other one up too. :D
