plz some 1 help

hello all..can some 1 plz help me out with this subject.....i went and got a new graphic card today & its a xpert vision geforce 6200v+ 256mb/ddr2...the problem is when i try to start a map or try 2 join some 1 server it loads half way up then i get a system dump...has any 1 got any idear why this is happing...iv try deleteing bhd & bhdts and reinstall them & updated them and it still give me a system dump..plz help i dont want to put the old g/card back ..your help will be well appreciated....thanks all

install dx8.1 then go back to 9?

hello Mstenger thanks for the feed back..iv download dx8.1..but when i try to install it i get this message
this install package is designed to run on window 98 or window me .please run the install package designed to run on windows 2000...im run xp..is there away to uninstall dx9....i appreciated your help m8

BHD comes with dx8.1, have it install that from the installation and then after you have that going go download dx9

i would think it would have a instill Cd for that card (geforce 6200v+ 256mb/ddr2) with the directx instiller in the Cd?

by the way buying a brand new Gfx-card don't always means the software/drivers are the newer made one's for it.

well i try the dx thing and it never worked ..so i reformat the pc to give the g/card and the bhd game a clean install.. when xp installed i got all my updated for window and the g/card. then i install bhd started it up still the system dump....so i come back here to see if there was any more post on the subject and seen your post bill...thank m8 for the feed back..so i read your post and went to the links you posted
.the fisrt to link wouldnt let me install the driver and the 3th one did so when i rebooted the pc.
after the updated was done .when the pc started back up again ..the monitor start up ok but screen was black and i couldnt see notting.....so i uninstall the the driver for the g/card then reinstall with updated again lol.so i try game again still system dump.....would it have hay ting to do with my motherboard or the screen resoluition..my desktop set on 1024 by 768 and i try the same on game.iv also try it 1024 by 768 for desktop and game set at 800 by 600...there also more setting on the game like water lev and stuff were all on high....would tthere be some kind of setting for the game ...iv also install battlefield 2 for the first time and that run ok for a wile then starts messing up ..but ya can still play on it...my processor is 1.3 and battlefield 1.7 maybe thats why that game messing up ..i dont no im just guessing lol..well that me out guys ..its like 4:09 in the morrin here were i am ..ireland...and iv been at this thing all day trying to fix it ...il give ii another try tomorrow if i dont get it working il have to put my old card back in..
