My Papas, Henry Ford Model A

Hey all i thought this might interest many of yall because my papa has had this thing for a few months and he bought it off a car lot or somewhere for alot of money!Anyways in US History here like a month ago we were talking about Henry Ford and his Models.Well it turned out i noticed that my papas 1932 had been similar to Henry Fords Models and asked and it turned out i was right! He had a Model A of Henry Fords Cars.Heres a picture i wanted to show everyone.

PS. When we came over to check it out months ago we found out the frotn seat raised up and had 3 dead rats under it lol!

Some things i can share with you are that back then they had no air conditioners so you had to raise down the window.

As for heat i am not sure about this but i think there was a way they had it set so the engine heat would go into the car.

The trunk has a seat in it on outside also!

Nah hes not and a funny thing is the rats, well they were mumified and may be from Henry Fords days also lmfao. He never new the seat raised up till like 3 weeks later when me and him and my dad found out!

Awsome, would be awsome if it was restored! Making it into a hot rod would ruin it and its buty!

Well if u saw it you would no its pretty much in good shape. Its drivable of course!Only a few rusty spots but not really any at all!

theres no heat in those

.DareDevil. 03-10-2006 05:38 PM

Yea i know he may of been joking but its possible the engine heat came into the car and made it warm lol!You would have to see one instead of reading about it!Reading doesent help you know everything! Remember that!

That trunk with the seat in it is called a rumble seat. You have a nice piece of history there. You can't be from the US because I don't know anyone that can't I.D. A Model A Ford. Ford was a great man and should have gotten into politicts. He tryed to sound the alarm in 1912 of the start of the Federal Reserve Bank but no one listened. Now are money isn't worth the paper its printed on.

But i am from the US.I live in Tennessee or shall i say mi vivo en Tennessee!I found out it runs off regular gas.As for heat like i said the engine heat came into the car making it warm and thats how they got heat for it.Plenty of people dont know what a Model A looks like.I guarantee half the people here didnt.Until you see one up close as i have you cant say i dont know what im talking about.
