Yea i found 2 backdoor agents in my computer in hidden files which my scanner would not scan and now they wont delete!

any help is appreciated i have moved them into a virus vault.

sry i dont have time to check it out properly, but if i get something liek this i always google the .exe file and usually there is some fixes

if you scrool down a bit u can see a link to someone mentioning it onthe avg forums, so that might be your best bet

they are in the "internet temp" folder mostly these folders are locked (unknown reason).

think there is a way to unlock it to empty it out. think Scott said something about it in the forum.

all so there maybe a copy in the "system restore" if you can after you get them remove, disable system restore reboot, then after enable it. this will clear the folder of everthing it too is locked

Yea my System Restore Thing on my Start . All programs > acessories like Dissappeared adn i dont know how ot get it back :\

I went to the forums and found a almost exact post but with dif viruses thanks Stevie adn Chiefy

They are deleted but i will kep my firewall on Med-High now not Low-Med

right click-on "my computer">"Properties" new box come up " System Properties.. you find System Store located there up top as will.

Windows Xp serials.

Grr seems i ahve an open port taht i cant seem to find Java keeps on having viruses in it found 4 others less significant though just delted them but tring to find the port or program taht is being used to bring in the viruses
