BHD hangs at 47% when computing ping times.
 
My computer hangs at 45 to 47% when computing ping times. I have been using BHD for a long time w/o any problems then this started, any ideas?

try clearing your nova cache folder in the bhd folder.

I know someone told me once how to create a startup to clear the cache when the game starts but i forgot how!I may ask him again and ill share it!

Here is a quick cache cleaner i whipped up using that bat file that visor had mentioned.

Steve can you put this under MIsc Downloads and maybe put it on your main news so people can download it for those that dont know!

Np.. And for those that want to know how it was done here you go:

All commands are basic dos-prompt commands, just placed in a text file with the extention of .bat:

Isnt really considered a bug fix just an extra solution and option so you dont have frustration with the cache components put in there and having to delete them all the time, can get annoying!:D

nice man what a life saver that is. save a lot of headaches doing it by hand all the time.

think it should be under downloads area for DF:BHD & Team sabre area listed as: "auto-cache cleaner" or something to that line.

yep he did, little shorter, cleaner then my version...

these two item are not made the same way at all, but the file from the other site is close and people need to signup to download a small file under 10kb is really not a big deal, and icishoot made it on his own time and his version is good if not better then the other.

these download will be free to download for all players.

but still a good point there, thanks icishoot for taken the time to do it up.

if anything i think this can be made up for all the games to clean all them "cache
" folder

If any one can give me the full default install folder + the main exe file name and the name of the cache folder (if different then cache) for

Well the one i posted just now is suppose to be for all Nova Games it didnt say the games it was for!
