New sotw system
 

Hey guys

just finished with coding a new sotw system.

Features are:

• Sotw Levels. (When you win once the sotw, you move a level up)
• View submissions per Level
• Public & Private vote. (You cant vote on your own submit)
• View score of vote after you voted.
• More info about previous winners (top 5 of each week)
