Hi hi hi! Im new.as you can see,ive been interested in photoshop,graphics and 3d design for a while now,but had nowhere to turn,so where can i start?

absolutly, not many told him what to do first other than go to ps-sigs :rolleyes: ...
if you want to start going into GFX, you need to plan what you want to do. Sigs? I quit making sigs about 2 months ago already, cause i felt they were a waste of my time, remember making sigs is a pass time not an art ... If you go into digital art, you bring many programs into one "Abstract". First, most use a 3D program such as Cinema4D, and then edit the result in something like Photoshop (I would highly recomend it dude). All you need to do is get some beginner tutorials on these programs (Just get trial versions of the programs first, and see what you think of them.), tryout a few programs and then use your favourate. I recommend using it for making sigs first, and then trying out digital art. If you want questions I'll just ask me more, and I'll explain what it all means and tips for you get going (In my opion them posting pro-sigs.com is just to get more hits, but it is a nice site), I'd stick to the big sites first before getting into the small community's such as prosigs (I reccomend www.pixel2life.com, its great, and its big), please other members dont use this as a flame / spam post.
