hmm was wondering around some portolios, and stumble upon this one.

twas! wondering....how do you make a picture seem like it was done in watercolors like that pic of puss n boots was done. any easy answers or tuts around?

i tried duping the picture layer finding edges, gausian blurr it then set to overlay but nope no deal....


so ideas?

it was done in what's called a "cheat" vector.

you can find a tut on good-tutorials. i can't quite remember how to do it. just search up Vector on good-tutotials and look for "Vector Cheat"

this is just one setting, but if u play around with it im sure it will do just as good ;)

yea he used the cutout filter

no he used the vector thing. the cutout makes it cut off some of the ear
