Forum addition suggestion
 

I think that Nova HQ should have a Buy Sell & Trade forum, where people can post threads with information on stuff they want, have and want to get rid of, or want to trade for.

And have thread titles such as:

[Wanted] Panther's Used Underwear
[Trade] Panther's Pen for Trojan's Hat

etc etc.
Will you think it over?

ppl have tried selling stuff before but there has been no interest at all each time.

i think ppl are much better off selling stuff on ebay or similar sites. there is far more traffic and potential buyers aswell.

I was thinking more for designers to sell websites and possibly hosting company type dealios.

would ppl be willing to donate part of thier profit to novahq.net in return ?

I think that could be one of the stipulations, say 5-10% of all profit must be donated to NHQ.

lol that would just be making this site more of a design site than a novaligic fan site..

actually, it was part my idea jeff lol. Yeah SB, i would be willing to donate. I basicly owe panther and novahq money...already told panther I would donate when I get more money. :)

will there is a draw back to that, if by some reason a person sold a item by posting it here and it not what they pay for, then it can make this great site look bad, it better off going to Ebay or some other site.

We're talking about website templates and webhosting and things like that, not just stuff you'd normally sell on ebay.

Was there a decision made whether this was a go or not?

It was discussed and as far as i can tell decided against.

Novahq has always had a "no advertising policy", i think it would have come accoss as hypocritical if we suddenly had a "advertise all you want, but pay us some of the money" policy.

There are also potential vicarious liability issues with operating such a service....
