hummmm ... check that the cd rom is clean .. and then run a diagnostic check on the drive..maybe the cd drive isnt able to deliver the packets of info as fast as the pc needs it..this will cause an error

VooDoo- 06-19-2005 11:38 AM

lol .. bad...

usally when something is being gay like that in the device manager i delet it, then it detects it again...but i never did it on anything big .. like my video card..lol..

and howcome on that screen is says PCI for location? isn't it supposta be in a APG slot?

-Tigger- 06-19-2005 11:42 AM

i dunno y, but it runs off AGP, but the secondary option is PCI

Steve 06-19-2005 11:45 AM

it always says PCI for AGP slots.

do u have system restore on? you are probably gonna have to restore / repair or format unless you know how to go through the registry proplerly.

maybe try a reg cleaning software etc

-Tigger- 06-19-2005 11:48 AM

already tried a restore, but it fails..

kno any good reg. cleanin software?
