you know this is funny about DF: Mods
 

we have DF: 1/2/LW/TFD/BHD and not counting JOTR too.

when a freaking new game comes out it? we all can get all type of new mods for the newer game but none for them older games. weird it get release under 6mo all type of mods for that new game but none for the older games. shame

i alway think MOD is to breath new life back into a older game to make it even better then it was before. now days seem's people like to stick items into a newer game before nova even done making updates and fix's for it. 60mo under is a bit to soon for a new game.

mod for older games is sweet too guys, if you like to make up some newer mod for them go fore it, and please wait till novalogic, Inc is done with a new game totally. if they come out with a newer update and make changing to the game, the mod may not work 100% as you made it to work.

Delta Force: Xtreme is still too new to make a mod for it, wait till novalogic is totally finish with it, if they make any changes to it ok. i think you all are jumping the gun to soon.

ehh, there are a few mods for bhd though ;)

yea some new one for it DF: BHD thats was nice to see 2 new mods are out for it.

but seem's DF: Xtreme got some mods for it already made up and novalogic, inc is making some new updates to fix some bugs in it still.

i'd love to get into modding, but when i started reading it up i was confused on what to do and how... so i stopped for now. maybe later some modders can write up a quick tutorial then regular players like us can try it.

yea there are a lot of things and editing that go into making mods up.

you could add new charters (skin) to make the game bigger but leave the stander skins be.

new buildings,terrains, and more items to the game to make it even bigger, you may not know it but PunkBuster (Evenbalence) support mod too and Novalogic, Inc love mods as will, for JOTR Novalogic, Inc like to checkout any new Mods for the games and they will have Punkbuster look it over too so there be no ban,punt out for it.

bit a lot did not know that about the mod for JOTR.

basic post a link to the site page were the mod can be downloaded to them, in a e-mail.

NL or PB will not give tech support but they love them. they may even tell you how good it is in a reply e-mail.

For mods be sure to contact NL and Punkbuster on it. If you dont do it when making mods and they dont get approved you will be kicked by punkbuster for using it.

i wish someone made a cool mod for DF2 that lets you have sniper rifles like on BHD or one that lets you fly things or one that lets players vote cheaters out of a server.
